Rarely so bad food. Did not want to take it back or replaced and of course we should still pay everything. Sorry but here we are not going to eat anymore

Visit in May 2019 Hotel: - massive mold in the bathroom - massive limescale deposits - Brown-yellow greasy shower curtains and shower fittings - Plaster and wallpaper with mold stains, plaster and wallpaper fall off - leaky windows where it rains and draws - Bed linen with hair residues - Towels smelled of fries and smoke - Bed box with residues of white stains that have gone by - loud, as the tram passes right by - Left half rotten tomato under the nightstand So you should have a good immune system! Restaurant: Food was okay. First I got the wrong one, but was replaced free of charge. Only then did I wonder what the hygiene in the kitchen was like. Service / former operator very friendly. However, there is now a new operator who is now completely running down the restaurant. Therefore, not to be recommended under any circumstances.

New owners - no performance. A catering business, which claims to be a "steakhouse", but no expectations of such a met. Ordered a burger with potato wedges - nothing unusual so. The price was about 13 €, which is fine in the steakhouse. What was brought was the following: The burger consisted of the simplest, crumbling supermarket buns, TK meatballs (which also explained why the patties are served exclusively "cooked through"), slab-like "cheese", white onions, a few slices of gherkin, and half a handful of finely chopped Iceberg lettuce, similar to the Bürgerbräter to the golden M. Also the sauce was worth mentioning. The wedges were definitely also from the TC, were choppy and quite greasy, but definitely not fresh. I can not say much about sourcream, it tasted okay. On the whole, not bad food for a snack stall, but for the price in a steakhouse under all sow. On demand, why not at least the patties are freshly made, they answered, it was "no time" for it. I will definitely not go back. Too bad.

There was always a nice lunch there. Was always good, even if the price of the outside was always a bit cheated. Now the owner has "changed". The old owner is still running around, just seems to have been converted family-internal. The food was terrible, the lunch menu shrunk and the crowd just a joke. It just did not taste and when you saw the chef through the open door you just wanted to puke into the food. A most sweaty guy who just ran the soup through his face. Of course, it is not cold in a kitchen, but as a guest who is eating there, it's not nice to look at. All in all, with the new owner it was the first and probably the last time we were there. Too bad.

So we were there on the 15.06.19 eat three, we must say it was by far the worst steak we have had long. Service was good

J.P. Steakhouse is now "Le Boeuf" Steakhouse. The card has been streamlined, which is not necessarily bad. What is incomprehensible, however, is the extremely long wait for the food. A hunter's schnitzel and a burger lasts over three quarters of an hour. After this time you ask and be patient. The salad buffet was empty to the last and was not refilled, although for each main course a salad from the buffet belongs. Sorry, but that does not belong. It was neither asked for a drink request, nor paid attention to an empty glass. That was different sometime, that's a pity. Never again.

New name, new owner. Waiting times do not go, salad bar empty, watery drinks, food supplements empty and it is 30 minutes. noticed after ordering or you just get the wrong food directly. Not recommendable!!!! 😠 Real flop

A good steakhouse in Ellerau. You can eat in the restaurant, steak, fish, various dishes and also various Indian dishes and all that at reasonable prices. I can only recommend and wish you a good appetite. The Steakhouse gets 5 stars ***** from me

Food has been very good every time. Ambience and central location with free parking make the place attractive. Prices are a bit higher than the average, but it is also a salad buffet in there. I eat every now and then and there.

The restaurant is ok and I would rate it higher. But the hotel doesn't work at all. Dirt and cobwebs in every corner. The carpet was dirty too and the silverfish came in the evening. The worst part was the mattresses. You could feel every damn feather and sleep was out of the question. Seldom slept so badly. If the carpet had been clean and no silverfish were walking around, I would have slept on the floor. 🤦‍♂️

Cleanliness of the rooms not ok. Everything just mended, shower curtain moldy. Rest ?, no, right on the train tracks, that's as if the train goes through the room.

For a long time under new direction. For the steak dish all the side dishes included in the price, you do not have that in a steakhouse. Friendly service which also special requests meet. We were never disappointed.

Unfortunately it was very dirty. You could not showers because it was so disgusting. Dust and dirt everywhere. Dreadful. Is not recommended. I will not book this hotel again

Place was lovely, they even have a hotel where you can stay. Hotel services, were great. The restaurant even has options for vegetarians, lovely food and lovely people. Would absolutely recommend it to my family and friends. It's very nice and tidy. If you're checking into the hotel, the checking in is from 12-21. So there's no need to worry about checking in late.

Had ONE of THE BEST cooked steaks in the restaurant here that I have had anywhere in Europe. Tender and perfectly cooked. The Hotel is right on the train line but we didn't find the trains noisier than a main road. The beds were SUPER comfortable. Only draw back is if you have a lot of luggage you have to carry it up stairs, in our case two floors. But all in all excellent.

We were looking for accommodation on the way to Denmark. Here we were looking for. A steak house combined with Indian cuisine and hotel we had not yet. The food was terrific! 2 times Indian and 1 time Burger. The service is friendly and very dedicated. The hotel rooms also fit well into the concept. Clean and tidy. What more do you want? My conclusion: good steakhouse with delicious Indian food and good hotel rooms. 5 Stars

I can not judge the hotel, but we go to the restaurant regularly and are very satisfied. It is always prepared with fresh goods, the chef knows what he does. We are always very friendly and courteous. If you want to eat well here is right. Also for extra wishes you have an ear here. Highly recommended.
